摘要
矿井综采工作面的高产尘量严重影响煤矿工人的职业健康,本文根据高压喷雾降尘机理,结合综采工作面实际,对高压喷雾除尘系统进行优化。现场监测结果表明:优化后的高压喷雾降尘装置有效降低了综采工作面粉尘污染。以期能够为其他矿井工作面除尘提供借鉴。
The high-yield dust in the fully mechanized coal face seriously affects the occupational health of coal miners,Based on the mechanism of high pressure spray and dust reduction,combined with the actual situation of fully mechanized coal mining face,the high pressure spray dust removal system is optimized.Field monitoring results show that the optimized high-pressure spray dust reduction device can effectively reduce the dust pollution of fully mechanized working face.In order to provide reference for other coal mine working face dust removal.
