车载高压氢气瓶循环增压试验控制系统设计

摘要 为了提高车载高压氢气瓶循环试验装置的安全性和可靠性,根据该装置的工艺流程和控制环节,采用工业以太网构建了基于PLC的工业控制系统,该控制系统采用下位控制层和上位监控层两层结构,控制层采用西门子Step 7软件完成,上位机采用WinCC组态软件完成了监控界面的设计。该控制系统可实现自检、增压调节和联锁保护等功能,并能查询试验装置运行状态的历史曲线。经过实际运行,该控制系统可靠性较高、性能稳定,具有一定的参考价值和推广前景。 An industrial Ethernet-based PLC control system was constructed in order to improve the safety and reliability of the cycle test device for hydrogen vehicle high-pressure cylinder.The control system had a lower control layer and an upper monitoring layer according to the device process flow and control links.The two-layer structure was linked by industrial Ethernet.The control layer is completed by Siemens Step 7 software,and the upper computer uses WinCC configuration software to complete the design of the monitoring interface.The control system can realize the functions of self-check,boost regulation and interlock protection,and can query the historical curve of the operating status of the test device.After practical operation,the control system was proved to have high reliability and stable performance,and have certain reference value and promotion prospect.
