摘要
目的:观察快速血糖仪联合便捷式糖化血红蛋白仪检测在社区糖尿病诊治中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年8月~2019年7月本社区卫生服务中心收治的糖尿病患者80例作为观察组,同期选取80例健康体检人员作为对照组。对两组受检者均先行快速血糖仪检测空腹血糖,再行便捷式糖化血红蛋白仪检测糖化血红蛋白含量。对比、分析两组受检者的空腹血糖含量、糖化血红蛋白含量以及糖尿病患者不同空腹血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白水平相关性。结果:经检测结果显示,观察组空腹血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平相较于对照组的空腹血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平均较高,两组间数据差异显著,统计学存在意义(P<0.05);对观察组糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白水平的相关性进行分析,结果显示,若空腹血糖水平升高,则糖化血红蛋白水平同时相应上升,糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白水平呈正相关,统计学差异存在意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速血糖仪联合便捷式糖化血红蛋白仪检测在社区糖尿病诊治中具有较高的应用价值,对受检者阶段性血糖含量变化可作准确反映。
Objective:To observe the application value of rapid blood glucose meter combined with portable glycated hemoglobin meter in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes in the community.Methods:Eighty diabetic patients admitted to the community health service center were selected as the observation group.The selection period was from August 2018 to July 2019,and 80 healthy medical examiners were selected as the reference group during the same period.For both groups of subjects,a fast blood glucose meter was used to detect fasting blood glucose,and then a portable glycated hemoglobin meter was used to detect the content of glycated hemoglobin.Compare and analyze the fasting blood glucose content,glycated hemoglobin content of the two groups of subjects,and the correlation between different fasting blood glucose levels and glycated hemoglobin levels in diabetic patients.Results:The test results showed that the fasting blood glucose level and glycated hemoglobin level in the observation group were higher than the fasting blood glucose level and glycated hemoglobin level in the reference group.The data difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05);Analysis of the correlation between fasting blood glucose levels and glycated hemoglobin levels in diabetic patients in the observation group.The results showed that if fasting blood glucose levels increased,glycated hemoglobin levels also increased accordingly.This result indicates that fasting blood glucose levels and glycated hemoglobin levels in diabetes patients are positively correlated,the statistical difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rapid blood glucose meter combined with the portable glycated hemoglobin meter has high application value in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes in the community,and it can accurately reflect the staged blood glucose changes of the subject.
