摘要
目的:观察分析红蓝光治疗仪治疗痤疮的临床效果.方法:随机选择2017年6月~2019年6月本院接收100例痤疮患者,将其平均分为实验组与参照组,每组各50例,其中参照组患者接受面部清除术治疗方式,实验组患者在此基础上给予红蓝光治疗仪治疗,对比两组不同治疗方法的临床效果.结果:通过实践观察可知,实验组临床治疗总有效率98.00%,参照组临床治疗总有效率86.00%,两组相比实验组优势显著,组间对比P<0.05,证实差异性存在;实验组患者未出现不良反应症状,不良反应发生率为0,参照组仅在治疗过程中出现3例皮肤轻度红潮现象、3例皮肤瘙痒等不良反应症状,不良反应发生率为12.00%,组间对比P<0.05,证实差异性存在.结论:痤疮临床治疗中,应用红蓝光治疗仪,可以有效地提高临床治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,使临床治疗更加安全、有效,具有较高的应用价值.
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of red and blue light treatment instrument on acne.Method:Randomly select 100 acne patients from June 2017 to June 2019,and divide them into an experimental group and a reference group,50 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the reference group received facial clearing treatment.On this basis,the patients in the experimental group were treated with a red-blue light treatment device,and the clinical effects of different treatment methods in the two groups were compared.Results:According to practical observation,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 98.00%,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the reference group was 86.00%.The two groups had a significant advantage over the experimental group.The comparison between the groups was P<0.05,confirming the difference;there were no adverse reaction symptoms in the experimental group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 0.In the reference group,only 3 cases of mild red tide and 3 cases of skin itching occurred during the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.00%.Comparison between groups P<0.05,confirming the difference.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of acne,the application of red and blue light treatment instrument can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,make the clinical treatment safer and more effective,and has high application value.
