摘要
大学生淘宝刷单行为是社会比较关注的现象。大学生刷单有多方面的原因,需要国家有关管理部门、学校、学生个人等多方面采取应对措施。大学生要提升自身的法制素养和道德修养,高校应当加强对学生的普法教育和健康兼职观念的教育,国家有关管理部门也要在控制大学生刷单情况、治理社会刷单乱象等方面加强监管。
College students are generally regarded as benchmark figures in the society,so“all around development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labour education”becomes their standards.But what do they think and choose when they are really on the red line of the law?Based on the results of questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper analyzes the cognition and participation of college students in order to explore the nature of the behavior,reflect on the reasons of college students’participation in the behavior,and comprehensively reveal the relationship between college students and the behavior of click farming.In order to improve their legal and moral accomplishment,colleges and universities should pay attention to the phenomenon of students’click farming,strengthen the education of students’law popularization and healthy part-time concept.At the same time,the state should also play a role in controlling the situation of college students’click farming behavior and the chaos of click farming in the society.
