摘要
在乡村振兴背景之下,乡村旅游行业成为经济发展的一个重要方向。清远作为全省乡村振兴综合改革试点地区,大力发展乡村旅游。但乡村旅游人才匮乏给乡村旅游业的发展造成了一定的阻碍。改进乡村旅游讲解员培养模式,加强乡村旅游人才培养,有利于促进乡村旅游的发展和乡村振兴。
In the context of rural revitalization,rural tourism industry has become an important direction of economic development.Qingyuan,as a pilot of comprehensive reform of Rural Revitalization in the whole province,vigorously develops rural tourism.However,the lack of rural tourism talents has brought some obstacles.The training model and practice path of rural tourism commentators are explored to provide useful reference for rural tourism talent training,to promote the development of rural tourism and to help the Rural Revitalization.
