摘要
黄土高原是我国生态环境脆弱、资源条件贫瘠、社会经济发展较为落后的地区之一,该地域内的沟壑型村落对社会发展制约较大,因而这一地区的乡村振兴具有较大的难度。本文以洛川县黄连河村的规划与实施为例,研究探索了黄土高原沟壑型村落的发展模式,提出将林下经济与乡村旅游结合的发展路径,并对其建设情况及实施效果予以回顾总结,使其成为从规划编制到政策实施的乡村振兴典型实践案例。
The loess plateau is an area with fragile ecological environment,poor resource conditions and backward economic development in China.The gully villages in this region are the type of villages having relatively large restrictions on social development.The rural revitalization of this type of villages is very difficult.This paper takes the planning and implementation of Huanglianhe village in Luochuan County as an example,explores the development model of gully villages in the loess plateau,and then puts forward the development path of combing the economy with rural tourism.Then it reviews the planning and construction of this village in order to provide a typical practical case for the rural revitalization from planning to implementation.
