摘要
目的综合分析男性不育患者心理健康情况。方法选取2018年7月至2019年10月于该院就诊的392例男性不育患者作为试验组,再选取同期来院行孕前健康检查的121例患者为对照组。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测评。分析两组研究对象的症状自评量表各因子评分及不育组相关风险因素。结果不育组抑郁、焦虑、强迫状态、躯体化、人际关系敏感、敌对、偏执、精神病性等症状自评量表各因子评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组恐怖项评分无差异。不育年限越长、文化程度越低、年龄越大、收入越低,导致患者心理压力越大。已行前期治疗的患者因治疗效果的不确定性等情况加重了情绪的恶化。结论不育会影响男性患者的心理健康,不育年限长、文化程度低、年龄大、收入低、曾行前期治疗、对就医费用担心等均会增加患者的心理压力。
Objective To analyze the mental health of male infertility patients.Methods A total of 392 male infertile patients admitted in our hospital(July 2018-October 2019)were selected as the experimental group,and 121 patients were selected as the control group.To analyze the scores of the self-rating scale of the two groups(depression,anxiety,forced state,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,hostile,terror,paranoia,psychosis,others,total score)and related risks Factors(infertility years,education level,age,income,whether the pre-treatment,worried about medical expenses).Results The scores of depression,anxiety,obsessive state,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,paranoia and psychosis were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),but the terror There is no statistical significance.the longer the infertility period,the lower the educational level,the older,the lower the income,the greater the psychological stress,Patients with greater psychological pressure on the disease itself more worried about the greater the psychological pressure.Conclusion Infertility can affect the mental health of male patients.The infertility period is long,the education level is low,he age is high,the income is low,and the pre-treatment is concerned,worried about medical expenses will increase the psychological pressure of the patients.
