摘要
为了解决按平面简化设计并不能完整的真实的反映结构的受力情况,文章通过对车站盾构井的空间模型与相应的平面模型进行横断面及纵断面数值模拟计算比较分析,指出横断面方向平面模型计算跨中数值偏大,端部支座稍微偏小,顶纵梁支座数值偏大。纵断面方向平面模型中双侧顶板三边固支工况下跨中数值偏小,端部支座偏大。根据计算结果,得出横断面方向受力采用断面计算是可行的,但是较实际受力保守;纵断面方向需要考虑双向板受力。建议采用理正工具箱三边固支情况计算,但需要对计算结果进行调幅。
In order to solve the problem that the simplified design based on the plane can not entirely reflect the true structure stress situation,in this study,the cross-section and vertical-section numerical simulation calculation between the spatial model and the corresponding plane model of station shield well are compared and analyzed.Results pointed out that in the direction of the cross-section,the numerical value of the plane model was larger in the middle of the calculation span,and the end support value was slightly smaller,while the top longer support value was too high;In the longitudinal section,the mid-span value was too small under the condition of tri-sided fixed support of the double-sided roof,whereas the value in end support was larger.According to the calculation results,it can be concluded that it is feasible to calculate the force in the direction of cross section,but it is conservative compared with the actual force.And the two-way plate forces should be considered in the longitudinal direction.Therefore,it is suggested that the Lizheng toolbox should be used in the calculation of three-side fixed support,but the calculation results need to be amplitude modulated.
