摘要
残疾人是指在心理、生理、人体结构组织功能丧失或者不正常,全部或者部分丧失的人。关爱残疾人是中华民族的传统美德,也是社会文明进步的标志,关涉我国全面小康社会目标的实现。对安徽省池州市贵池区4个典型社区残疾人康复服务现状的调查发现,当前存在残疾人对社区康复服务满意度不高、康复服务专业人员队伍相对薄弱、社区康复宣传教育不足及网络平台建设落后等问题,亟待提高残疾人社区康复服务水平,拓展社区康复服务类别,打造资源共享服务平台,加强专业人员队伍建设,以构建完整的残疾人康复服务体系,推动社区康复创新模式建设。
Thedisabled refer to those who have lost all or part of their psychology,physiology,human structure,organization and function.Caring for the disabled is not only a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,but also a sign of social civilization and progress,which is related to the realization of the goal of a well-off society in an all-round way.According to the investigation and research on the rehabilitation service status of the disabled in four typical communities in Guichi District,Chizhou City,Anhui Province,there are some problems,such as the low satisfaction of the disabled with the community rehabilitation service,the relatively weak team of the rehabilitation service professionals,the insufficient publicity and education of the community rehabilitation and the backward construction of the network platform,etc.,which urgently need to improve the community rehabilitation service level of the disabled and expand the community rehabilitation service category:build a resource sharing service platform,strengthen the construction of professional team,so as to build a complete rehabilitation service system for the disabled,and then promote the construction of community rehabilitation innovation mode.
