摘要
本厂生产的大型铸件尺寸精度较差,主要原因是砂芯偏斜导致的加工余量不均匀。通过分析目前下芯定位方式、下芯配合间隙等方面的不足,最终通过优化下芯定位工艺解决了问题。
Due to the deflection of sand core,the machining allowance is not uniform,which leads to the poor dimensional accuracy of large castings.Through the analysis of the current core positioning mode,core fit clearance and other deficiencies,the problem of poor dimensional accuracy is finally solved by optimizing the core positioning process.
