“双高计划”背景下高职教师考核评价制度的创新研究 被引量:1

On the Innovation of Higher Vocational Teachers’Assessment System under the Background of“Double-High Plan”

摘要 在国家实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划背景下,为解决当前高职教师考核评价过程中以业绩贡献和能力水平为导向的评价机制待健全,以人岗相适和能上能下为目标的评聘机制待加强,以目标管理考核为重点的绩效工资动态调整机制待完善三个问题,提出应建立"一核心、三要素"教师考核评价体系。通过健全师德建设长效机制,完善课堂教学激励机制,建立教师专业发展陪伴机制,深入实施二级目标管理考核制,推行"1+X"多维教师评价机制,创新高职教师考核评价制度改革,激发办学活力,推进高职教育提质发展。 Under the background of the implementation of the Double-High Plan for the construction of high-level vocational colleges and specialties with Chinese characteristics,in order to solve the three problems in the current evaluation process of higher vocational teachers,which are performance contribution and competence-oriented evaluation mechanism to be improved,the evaluation mechanism aiming at the suitability of Posts and competence to lower levels to be strengthened,and the dynamic adjustment mechanism of performance payment focusing on target management assessment to be improved.It is proposed to establish a“one core,three elements”teacher evaluation system,according to improving the long-term mechanism of teacher ethics construction,improving classroom instruction incentive mechanism,establishing the accompanying mechanism of teacher professional development,deeply implementing the secondary goal management evaluation system,implementing the“1+X”multi-dimensional teacher evaluation mechanism,innovating the reform of higher vocational teacher evaluation system,stimulating the vitality of running schools,and promoting the development of higher vocational education quality.
