摘要
中职薄弱学校在教学团队建设上存在团队形式单一,领军人物缺乏,团队结构封闭,建设目标模糊等问题。通过学习和借鉴企业团队建设经验,中职薄弱学校可以通过创建“5D”卓越团队实现路径突破,加强学校顶层设计,培养团队领军人物,强化项目导向管理,整合跨界优质资源,完善各类配套机制。
There are some problems in teaching team construction in weak secondary vocational schools,such as the single team form,the lack of leading figures,closed team structure,and vague construction objectives.By learning and drawing reference from the experience of the enterprises’team building,weak secondary vocational schools can achieve path breakthrough by creating“5D”excellent teams,strengthen the top-level design of the schools,train team leaders,strengthen project-oriented management,integrate crossborder high-quality resources,and improve various supporting mechanisms.
