摘要
目的探讨高位虚挂线引流与减压引流法在高位肛周脓肿切除术中的应用效果。方法选择2016年8月至2019年6月在我院行高位肛周脓肿切除术的80例患者,按照术式分为虚挂线组(35例)和减压组(45例)。虚挂线组采用高位虚挂线引流,减压组采用减压引流,对比两组患者的康复及预后情况。结果减压组的术后早期疼痛评分低于虚挂线组,术后住院时间、创面愈合时间短于虚挂线组(P <0.05)。术后6个月,减压组的肛管直肠功能正常率为95.56%,显著高于虚挂线组的77.14%(P<0.05)。减压组与虚挂线组的复发率(11.11%vs. 8.57%)和肛瘘形成率(11.11%vs. 11.43%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与高位虚挂线引流相比,减压引流术后疼痛程度较轻,可有效提高高位肛周脓肿切除术后康复效果,保护肛管直肠功能。
Objective To explore the application effect of high virtual thread hanging drainage and decompression drainage in high perianal abscess resection.Methods 80 patients undergoing high perianal abscess resection in our hospital from August 2016 to June 2019 were selected and divided into virtual thread group(35 cases)and decompression group(45 cases)according to the operation methods.The virtual thread group received high virtual thread hanging drainage,and the decompression group received decompression drainage.The recovery and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The early postoperative pain score of the decompression group was lower than that of the virtual thread group,and the postoperative hospitalization time and wound healing time were shorter than those of the virtual thread group(P<0.05).6 months after operation,the normal rate of anorectal function in the decompression group was 95.56%,significantly higher than 77.14%in the virtual thread group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the recurrence rate(11.11%vs.8.57%)and anal fistula formation rate(11.11%vs.11.43%)between decompression group and virtual thread group(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with high virtual thread hanging drainage,decompression drainage has less postoperative pain,and can effectively improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients with high perianal abscess resection and protect the anorectal function.
