摘要
目的研究电钩分离术对宫腔粘连患者子宫内膜厚度及术后并发症的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年10月我院收治的60例宫腔粘连患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组行常规电切术治疗,观察组行电钩分离术治疗。对比两组患者的子宫内膜厚度和术后并发症发生情况。结果术后10 d,两组的子宫内膜厚度均增加,且观察组的子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组的术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电钩分离术治疗宫腔粘连可有效促进子宫内膜生长,值得临床应用。
Objective To study the influence of electric hook separation on endometrial thickness and postoperative complications in patients with intrauterine adhesions.Methods 60 patients with intrauterine adhesions in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine electrotomy,and the observation group was treated with electric hook separation.The endometrial thickness and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results 10 days after operation,the endometrial thickness increased in both groups,and the endometrial thickness of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(all P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Electric hook separation in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions can effectively promote the growth of endometrium,which is worthy of clinical application.
