Objective To explore the effects of application of triple anticoagulation after PCI on CRP,PLT,Fg and D-D levels of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods 120 patients with CHD complicated with AF who underwent PCI were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. After PCI,the control group received double anticoagulation therapy, while the observation group received triple anticoagulation therapy. The levels of laboratory indicators and the incidences of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of treatment, the levels of CRP,PLT,Fg and D-D in both groups significantly decreased, and the indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events and lower limb DVT in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of bleeding events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of triple anticoagulation after PCI can improve the CRP,PLT,Fg and D-D levels of patients with CHD complicated with AF,promote blood microcirculation, and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events and lower limb DVT.
