摘要
为研究城市水系连通性在海绵城市建设过程中的作用及城市水系的治理框架,首先分析了当前社会经济发展和城市扩张引起的主要水问题;根据城市水系的基本作用和功能,提出了水系连通性的内涵及表现形式;结合海绵城市建设的理论以及城市主要水问题,探讨了城市水系作为海绵城市的骨架,其连通性有利于解决防洪排涝,缓解水资源短缺,修复水环境,保护水生态;最后,基于城市水系连通性的重要作用,提出了城市水系规划与治理框架,包括水系连通问题的诊断,水系连通性的评价,工程治理措施以及优化管理方法等4个方面,为海绵城市的建设提供了技术支撑。
In order to study the role of river system connectivity in the construction of sponge city and the manage⁃ment framework of river system,water problems caused by economic development and urban sprawl are first ana⁃lyzed in this paper.Based on the structure and function of the river system,the connotation and forms of river sys⁃tem connectivity are proposed.Combined with the theories of sponge city system and main water problems,the connectivity of urban river system which is used as the skeleton of the sponge city is beneficial for solving urban waterlogging,alleviating the shortage of water sipply,restoring the water environment and protecting water ecolo⁃gy.Finally,based on the important roles of urban water system connectivity,the framework of water system plan⁃ning and management,including the diagnosis,evaluation,structural measures and optimizing management meth⁃od,which provides technical support for the construction of sponge city.
