淋洗液在线发生测定水中2,4-D、草甘膦、灭草松含量影响因素探讨 被引量:2

Factors influencing the determination of 2,4-D,glyphosate and bentazone content in water by ion chromatography with on-lion eluent generator

摘要 目的 2,4-D、草甘膦、灭草松三种农药被广泛使用到农业生产和水域防治中,使得水环境中的农药残留带来潜在的健康危害。通过优化建立的离子色谱法对黑龙江省水源水中2,4-D、草甘膦、灭草松残留状况进行检测,对开展黑龙江省水环境研究具有重要意义。方法使用ICS-1100离子色谱仪系统和大容量IonPac AS19阴离子交换分析柱检测上述3种除草剂,对影响因素进行筛选,确定最佳实验条件。结果 2,4-D、草甘膦、灭草松的最佳实验条件:淋洗液为20mmol/L KOH,流速为1.00 ml/min,进样量500μL,柱温为25℃。在此条件下3种农药检测限分别为3.3μg/L、3.3μg/L和14.0μg/L,远远低于此前文献的报道。加标回收率在90.5%~104.0%之间。结论该测定方法操作简单、准确、灵敏,有较高的实用价值。 Objective Glyphosate,2,4-D and bentazone pesticide are widely used in agricultural production and water prevention,resulting in potential health hazard in the water environment.The pesticide residues of glyphosate,2,4-D and bentazone in Heilongjing drinking water sources are detected by establishing the ion chromatography,which is of great significance for the research on water environment in Heilongjiang.Methods Using ICS-1100 Ion Chromatography,IonPac AS19 column was used as separation column,and the influencing factors were screened to determine the best experimental conditions.Results The optimum conditions were as followed ration of material:20 mmol/L KOH as eluent,flow rate was 1.00 mL/min,the sample injection was 500 μL,the column temperature was at 25℃.The detection limits were 3.3μg/L for 2,4-D,3.3μg/L for glyphosate and14.0μg/L for bentazone,which were lower than previously reported in the literature.The recoveries were between 90.5 % and 104.0%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and sensitive.The method has high practical value.
