摘要
文章对某汽轮机联合推力支持轴承巴氏合金离心铸造进行工艺研究。通过镀锡、浇注温度、离心转速、浇注重量、冷却方式等工艺参数分析,解决了巴氏合金脱壳问题,满足了产品质量要求。
The article researched on the centrifugation technology of the Babbitt alloy for a turbine thrust and support bearing.Through the analysis of technological parameters such as tinning,pouring temperature,centrifugal speed,pouring weight and cooling mode,the problem of Babbitt alloy shelling was solved and the product quality requirement was satisfied.
