摘要
当前,我国社会经济方兴未艾、蓬勃繁荣,加之城市化进程不断加快,使得城市建筑规模与数量不断扩大。工程建设管理对提高工程建设质量和进度具有重要现实意义。因此,在工程具体建设中,在保证施工技术管理的同时,还要根据工程实际施工需要以及施工项目的管理状况,不断优化和完善相应的工程造价管理及施工预算工作,通过该方式,提升工程管理质量,进而实现工程建设效益的有效提升,本文详细探究了建筑工程成本管理以及施工预算控制,立足施工预算在建筑工程成本管理中的作用,以期为行业人士提供相应参考,更好的助力建筑行业早日实现健康可持续发展,进而为社会稳定以及人们生活水平的提高提供保障。
