摘要
全钢模板面板厚度是影响混凝土表面成型的重要因素,增加面板厚度可提高混凝土表面成型质量,但是盲目的增加面板厚度,模板的材料成本也会随之上升,进而造成施工成本的增加。本文以全钢模板的面板为研究对象,对其受力及加工难度进行对比分析,优化面板厚度,为全钢模板的设计和加工提供参考。
The thickness of all-steel formwork panel is an important factor in determining the deformation effect of the surface of concrete.Although the increases of the thickness of faceplate can improve the forming quality of concrete surface,however,the blindly increasing will result in the rising of the material cost of formwork.In this paper,the panel of all-steel formwork is selected as the research object.The stress condition and processing difficulty are compared.The appropriate panel thickness is recommended and it can provide reference for the designing and processing of the all-steel formwork.
