摘要
古典针灸经脉理论体系的形成经过了漫长的过程,其理论受不同时期政治、文化等因素的影响不断更替、变革,加之无意的传抄错误、有意的篡改甚至是出现与事实相背离的现象,因此经历变革之后的理论构架在一定程度上掩盖了最原始的实践经验。笔者尝试探讨在针灸经脉理论体系的架构过程中,所谓“事实”与“解释”二者之间存在的错位与偏差,为现有针灸学理论、临床和科研中存在的问题提供一定的思考与借鉴。
The formation of classical acupuncture theory has gone through a long process.Influenced by political and cultural factors in different periods,the theory has been constantly changing and changing,coupled with inadvertent copying errors,intentional tampering,and even deviating from the facts.Therefore,the theoretical framework may be covered up from primitive practical experience after the change.The author tries to discuss the dislocation and deviation between the so-called“facts”and“explanations”in the process of the theoretical system of acupuncture,and to provide some thinking and reference for the problems existing in the current theory,clinical and scientific research of acupuncture.
