摘要
为研究古代兵家学说对中医发展的影响,在查阅整理古代医学和兵家著作后归纳为以下三个方面:一是“任势”对辨证论治的影响;二是上兵伐谋与“治未病”原则的共通点在于先为不可胜对应未病先防,庙算对应已病防变;三是用兵之道对于治法用药有指导意义:“奇正”思想指导正治、反治,“用间”思想指导反佐法,斗一守二与攻补兼施的联系,八阵引出中医八法。总结用兵家思想来解读中医,对于制定诊疗策略、提高诊治效果具有借鉴意义。
In order to study the influence of ancient soldier theory on the development of traditional Chinese medicine,after consulting and sorting out ancient medicine and military strategist's works,it can be summarized as the following three aspects:①the influence of“working with potentiality”on treatment according to syndrome differentiation;②The common point between the military expedition and the principle of“treating illness before illness”lies in:be invincible is similar to taking precautions against illness;Temple arithmetic corresponds to disease prevention and change prevention;③The way of military use is of guiding significance to the treatment and medication of drugs:The Thought of“Strange Justice”guides the Right and Counter-Right Governance;Contrary compatibility method with the Thought of“Use Espionage”,The Relation between Fighting One,Defending Two intensification and purgation in combination,Eight Arrays Lead to Eight Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It is concluded that interpreting Traditional Chinese Medicine with soldier's thought is of great significance for formulating diagnosis and treatment strategies and improving the effect of diagnosis and treatment.
