摘要
二维生物质炭纳米片具有独特的物理、化学和电子特性。近年来,具有二维结构、高比表面积、可控杂原子掺杂的生物质炭纳米片的研究发展迅速。本文简单介绍了二维生物质炭纳米片材料的性能,综述了生物质炭纳米片的合成研究进展,列举了生物质炭纳米片在各领域的应用情况,并对具有理想性能的二维生物质炭纳米片的合成策略进行了展望。
Two-dimensional biomass carbon nanosheets with high specific surface area and controllable hetero-atom doping,show great application potentials because of their unique physical,chemical and electronic properties.In this manuscript,we briefly introduced the characteristics and properties of two-dimensional biomass carbon nanosheets materials.Then,we reviewed the research progress of synthesis methods of biomass carbon nanosheets in recent years.Finally,the applications of biomass carbon nanosheets were listed in various fields,and the prospect is presented for the synthesis of two-dimensional biomass carbon nanosheets with ideal properties.
