摘要
目的探讨培美曲塞及顺铂(PP)一线化疗方案治疗老年晚期肺腺癌的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月102例老年晚期肺腺癌患者,依据用药方案将其分为两组,每组51例。对照组采取多西他赛+顺铂化疗方案;观察组采取PP化疗方案。结果两组客观有效率、总生存期、中位生存期比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组疾病控制率明显高于对照组,且疾病进展时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年晚期肺腺癌患者应用PP一线化疗方案能够提高疾病控制率,降低肿瘤进展风险,延长患者疾病进展时间生存期,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To the investigate the clinical effect of pemetrexide combined with cisplatin(PP)regimen on elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods One hundred and two elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with docetaxel cisplatin regimen and the observation group was treated with PP regimen.Results There was no significant difference in the proportion of objective effective rate,overall survival time and median survival time between the two groups(P>0.05),and the disease control rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the time of disease progression was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of PP first-line chemotherapy in elderly patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma can increase the rate of disease control rate,reduce the risk of tumor progression and extend the time of disease progression prolong the survival time of the patients.
