噬菌体解聚酶的分类与结构特征及其应用研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 噬菌体解聚酶(depolymerase)是一种可特异性降解细菌表面多糖的噬菌体蛋白。自该蛋白于1956年被首次报道以来,相关学者不断对其功能进行挖掘和探索。现已证实该蛋白具有快速鉴定微生物荚膜类型、清除并抑制生物被膜(biofilm)、降低细菌毒力等功能,在控制病原细菌感染等公共卫生领域具有重要的应用价值。现主要围绕噬菌体解聚酶的分类学特征、结构生物学特性以及相关应用研究进展进行综述。 Bacteriophage(phage)depolymerases are a kind of phage proteins that specifically degrade bacterial surface polysaccharides.Since phage depolymerase was first reported in 1956,the functions of these proteins have been continuously explored.It has been proved that phage depolymerases have the functions of rapidly identifying the serotype of microorganisms,eliminating and inhibiting biofilms,reducing the virulence of bacteria,and have important application value in the public health field,such as controlling pathogenic infections.In this review,the taxonomic characteristics,structural biological characteristics and related research progress of phage depolymerases have been elaborated.
