摘要
针对BP神经网络在挖掘机液压系统故障诊断中的问题,提出一种基于ACA-BP算法的挖掘机液压系统故障诊断方法。首先利用蚁群算法对神经网络的初始权值和阈值进行训练,进行BP神经网络模型的训练,建立故障诊断模型。通过挖掘机液压系统故障诊断仿真实例分析,验证了ACA-BP算法在挖掘机液压系统的故障诊断中的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of BP neural network in the fault diagnosis of excavator hydraulic system,a fault diagnosis method of excavator hydraulic system based on aca-bp algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the initial weights and thresholds of the neural network are trained by ant colony algorithm,and the BP neural network model is trained to establish the fault diagnosis model.The validity of ACA-BP algorithm in the fault diagnosis of excavator hydraulic system is verified by the simulation analysis of excavator hydraulic system fault diagnosis.
