摘要中国农民工群体打工行为呈现出明显的区域差异。基于浙江店口贵州、江西、安徽三地农民工群体打工生活的考察发现,特定村庄结构形塑出特定类型的打工行为,进而影响打工模式的类型差异。来自以贵州农村为代表的分散型原子化村庄中的农民工,打工目标以个体体验为导向,生产性弱、消费性强,难以形成有效的家庭积累,形塑了以简单型家庭再生产为特征的打工模式;来自以江西农村为代表的团结型宗族性村庄中的农民工,打工目标以家庭生活为导向,生产性强、消费性弱,注重下一代教育投资,形成了以稳健发展型家庭再生产为特征的打工模式;来自以安徽农村为代表的分裂型小亲族村庄中的农民工,打工目标以家庭发展和村庄竞争为导向,生产性强、消费性弱、经营性突出,形成了以竞争发展型家庭再生产为特征的打工模式。强调村庄社会结构视角下农民工打工生活的行为差异,旨在说明农民工群体的丰富性与复杂性,有助于深化对农民工群体的深刻认知。 There are obvious regional differences in the work behavior of migrant workers in China.Based on the investigation of migrant workers from Guizhou,Jiangxi and Anhui in Diankou,Zhejiang,it is found that the specific village structure shapes specific types of work behavior,and then leads to different types of working pattern.For migrant workers from scattered atomized villages represented by Guizhou rural areas,the employment is oriented to individual experience with weak production and strong consumption,which makes it difficult to form effective family accumulation,thus forming a working pattern characterized by simple family reproduction.For migrant workers from the united clan villages represented by Jiangxi rural areas,the employment is family oriented,with strong productive and low consumption.They focus on the education investment on the next generation,thus forming a working pattern characterized by the steady development of family reproduction.The migrant workers from split-type small villages represented by Anhui rural areas are targeted at family development and village competition,with strong production,low consumption and prominent business,thus forming a work pattern characterized by competitive family reproduction.Emphasis on the behavioral differences of migrant workers from the perspective of village social structure aims at explaining the diversity and complexity of migrant workers,and helps to deepen the profound cognition of migrant workers.
