安装螺栓激光强化及火焰喷涂CuNiIn工艺研究

摘要 研究激光强化及超音速火焰喷涂CuNiIn涂层对阻尼器安装螺栓疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,采用激光强化工艺可提升阻尼器安装螺栓的疲劳性能,超音速火焰喷涂制备的CuNiIn涂层致密均匀,与螺栓基体结合良好,且对基体的疲劳极限影响不大;涂层防护后,为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损,CuNiIn涂层可以有效改善抗微动磨损性能。在试验条件下,涂层使用后磨损体积减少了41%~55%,采用激光强化及超音速火焰喷涂CuNiIn涂层在设计给出的五级疲劳载荷的试验条件下没有发生断裂。 The effects of CuNiIn coating by HVOF and laser strengthening on fatigue performance of damper mounting bolt were researched.The results showed that it could improve the fatigue performance of damper mounting bolts by using laser strengthening process.CuNiIn coating by HVOF was dense and uniform,it was well adhered to substrate,and had little effects on fatigue property of substrate.The fretting wear was mechanics adhesive wear and abrasive wear after the coating.CuNiIn coating could improve fretting wear resistance of substrate,the abrasion lose was reduced by 41%~45%in the experiment.There was no fracture of CuNiIn coating by laser strengthening process and flame spraying under the test condition of the designed 5 level fatigue load.
