摘要
由于铝合金与球墨铸铁2种金属材料的金属特性如膨胀系数、硬度系数等相差较大,为实现铝合金与球墨铸铁的复合,针对两者的特性,通过镶嵌法、螺钉镶嵌法、整体铆合法、分体铆合法等复合加工方法逐步完善和解决铝合金与球墨铸铁复合加工过程中出现的问题,实现球墨铸铁与铝合金的复合。经过对4种加工工艺的研究发现:由于铝合金的线性膨胀,镶嵌法较难实现铝合金与球墨铸铁紧密结合;采用螺钉镶嵌法复合后的成品加热后,由于铝合金受热易变形,故螺钉易掉落;整体铆合法解决了螺钉镶嵌法中螺钉掉落的问题,由于线性膨胀铝合金发生形变;在分体铆合法中,由于缩小了铝合金的受力面积,故解决了铝合金的受热变形问题,是适合铝合金与球墨铸铁复合的加工工艺。
Due to great difference of metallic characters such as dilatation coefficient,coefficient of hardness and so on of aluminum alloy and nodular cast iron,in order to realize the combination of aluminum alloy and nodular cast iron,composite processing methods such as inlaying method,screw inlaying method,integral riveting method and split riveting method were used to gradually improve and solve the problems in the composite processing of aluminum alloy and nodular cast iron composite of cast iron and aluminum alloy.Through the research of four kinds of processing technology,it was found that because of the linear expansion of aluminum alloy,inlay method was difficult to realize the close combination of aluminum alloy and nodular cast iron,after the heating of the finished product using inlay method,because the aluminum alloy was easy to deform and the screw was easy to drop;the integral riveting method solved the problem of screw dropping in the screw inlay method,because of the linear expansion aluminum alloy deforms,and because it reduced the stress area of the aluminum alloy and solved the problem of thermal deformation of the aluminum alloy in the split riveting method,it was a suitable processing technology for the combination of aluminum alloy and nodular cast iron.
