摘要
根据中医药经典理论认识当前儿童新型冠状病毒感染,认为病性属温疫;病因为疫毒夹风、热、湿邪为患;病机演变初在卫分(上焦),继入气分(中焦);主要病位在肺,可涉及胃肠。根据"未病先防、既病防变、愈后防复"思想,结合儿童新冠病毒感染临床表现,推荐防治方药。随着疫情控制,各地逐步解除封闭,聚集性疫情又频频发生,幼儿园、学校开学后,儿童感染的机会将大大增加,必须引起我们的高度重视,避免疫情反弹,再次播散。
This paper introduced the perspective ofcorona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)infection in children according to theory from TCM classics in this article.It belongs toplague.It’s caused by toxins,wind,heatand damp in terms of traditional Chinese medicine,presenting with Wei phase at first and then penetrating into Qi phase in which the upper Jiao was infected first and then the middle Jiao.The disease is mainly located in the lung and can involve the gastrointestinal tract.The corresponding therapeutic prescriptions is presented here with the clinical manifestations of COVID-19 infection in children and the guidance of giving priority to prevention before the disease onset,protecting from deterioration when one is in illness,protecting from relapse when one gets recovered.With the control of the epidemic situation,the closure has been gradually lifted in all parts of the country,and clustered epidemics have occurred frequently.After the opening of kindergartens and schools,the chances of children’s infection would be greatly increased,which must be paid great attention to by us,avoiding the rebound of the epidemic and spread again.
