摘要
本文以成都地铁10号线2期530 t运梁车通过钢栈桥进行运梁作业为工程背景,在钢栈桥施工和运营过程中,对其应力、挠度、结构振动响应特征进行监测,并将监测数据及时反馈,以指导钢栈桥施工及安全使用.采用Midas/civil有限元分析软件对钢栈桥进行空间建模计算,对其受力特性进行分析,根据模拟结果设计并构建了钢栈桥运梁过程中的监测与预警系统,实现了钢栈桥参数数据的不间断采集和传输,可第一时间掌握钢栈桥变化状态及规律,以确定施工对策和措施,从而保障530 t运梁车作用下钢栈桥的安全运营.
This paper is based on the engineering background that the 530 t girder transporter in phase 2 of Chengdu Metro Line 10 passes through the steel trestle to transport the beams.During the construction and operation of the steel trestle,the stress,deflection and structural vibration response characteristics are monitored,and the monitoring data should be timely fed back to guide the construction and safe use of the steel trestle.By using the Midas/civil finite element analysis software,the spatial modeling and calculation of steel trestle is carried out,and its mechanical characteristics are analyzed.According to the simulation results,the monitoring and early warning system is designed and built while transporting the steel trestle beam,which realizes the continuous acquisition and transmission of the steel trestle parameters,and grasps the changing state and law of the steel trestle at the first time,so as to determine the construction countermeasures and measures to guard the safe operation of the steel trestle under the action of 530 t girder transportation vehicle.
