摘要
寡肽转运蛋白1(PEPT1)是一种具有转运小分子肽功能的载体蛋白。PEPT1在多种肿瘤中表达,并能靶向转运小肽类物质进入肿瘤细胞。以PEPT1为载体可特异性地将抗肿瘤药物递送至肿瘤细胞,减少药物对正常组织的毒副作用,最大程度地发挥药效。此外PEPT1还可介导小肽类肿瘤放射性示踪剂和肿瘤光动力治疗分子的转运,为肿瘤诊断和光动力治疗提供了新思路。从PEPT1在肿瘤中的表达,PEPT1介导抗肿瘤药物、肿瘤放射性示踪剂和肿瘤光动力治疗分子的靶向递送等几个方面综述了近年来PEPT1在肿瘤靶向治疗研究中的应用进展,并对其应用前景进行展望。
Oligopeptide transporter 1(PEPT1)is a carrier protein with the function of transporting small molecule peptides.PEPT1 is expressed in a variety of tumors,and can target and transport small peptides into tumor cells.Using PEPT1 as a carrier can specifically deliver anti-tumor drugs to tumor cells,reduce the toxic and side effects of the drugs on normal tissues,and maximize the effectiveness of the drugs.In addition,PEPT1 can also mediate the transport of small peptide tumor radiotracers and tumor photodynamic therapy molecules,providing new ideas for tumor diagnosis and photodynamic therapy.In this paper,the research progress of PEPT1 in tumor target therapy was reviewed,including the expression of PEPT1 in tumors,PEPT1 mediated anti-tumor drugs,tumor radiotracers and drugs targeted delivery of tumor photodynamic therapy.The application prospect of PEPT1 in tumor targeted therapy was prospected.
