手动调整射频发射增益在改善3.0T磁共振乳腺动态增强图像均匀度中的应用 被引量:3

Application of Manually Adjusting RF Transmit Gain in Improving the Uniformity of Dynamic Enhanced Images of the Breast on 3.0T MR System

摘要 目的探讨手动调整射频发射增益对改善乳腺图像均匀度的作用。方法收集2017年12月1日-2018年5月31日的31例磁共振乳腺动态增强扫描病例,采用GE Discovey MR750 3.0T超导型扫描仪,8通道乳腺专用线圈,对每位患者的VIBRANT序列分别进行2次扫描,1次采用机器自动计算的TG值扫描,另1次采用手动调整的TG值进行扫描,所得的图像数据传输至ADW4.6工作站,对2次采集的图像进行胸壁和腺体的左右信号强度进行测量,分别得到2次的均匀度数据,应用SPSS 17.0进行配对t检验,观察是否有显著性差异。结果手动组图像均匀度相较自动组均匀度有显著改善,胸壁均匀度P=0.03,腺体均匀度P=0.01。结论对于自动计算的TG值导致的图像均匀度差的患者,可以通过手动调整TG值来极大改善图像均匀度。 Objective To investigate the effect of manual adjustment of RF transmit gain(TG)in improving the uniformity of breast image.Methods A prospective study was conducted to collect 31 patients admitted to the breast department of our hospital from December 2017 to May 2018.GE Discovery MR7503.0 T superconducting type scanner and 8-channel special breast coil were used to scan the VIBRANT sequence of each patient twice,one time with the TG value automatically calculated by the machine,and the other time with the TG value manually adjusted.All images were transmitted to ADW4.6 workstation.The left and right signal intensity of chest wall and gland were measured and the uniformity data were obtained.SPSS 17.0 was used to conduct the paired t-test on the uniformity data of the two groups to observe whether there was a significant difference.Results The image uniformity of the manual group was significantly improved compared with that of the automatic group(chest wall uniformity,p=0.03,gland uniformity,p=0.01).Conclusions For patients with poor image uniformity caused by the automatically calculated TG value,the image uniformity could be greatly improved by manually adjusting the TG value.
