摘要
通过分析空冷系统循环水旁滤设备存在问题,实施了更换止回阀、更换滤层滤料和改进搅拌结构等措施,达到了改善过滤器出水水质、延长运行周期的目的,提高系统循环水冷却效果,提升空冷系统运行能效。
Through analyzing the problems existing in the circulating water by-pass filter equipment of the air cooling system,the measures,such as replacing the check valve,replacing the filter material and improving the mixing structure,were formulated,having achieved the purpose of improving its outlet water quality and prolonging its operation period for the filter,and then the cooling effect of the circulating water in the system was improved,and the operation efficiency of air cooling system was promoted.
