摘要
目的探讨卵巢良性肿瘤手术患者住院费用构成及其影响因素。方法收集某院2017年-2018年卵巢良性肿瘤手术患者374例,采用描述性分析、秩和检验、多重线性回归方法进行分析。结果卵巢良性肿瘤手术患者住院费用构成的前四位为:治疗费(27.8%)、耗材费(23.1%)、药品费(20.7%)、诊断费(16.1%)。多重线性回归分析中,住院天数、年龄、医疗付款方式、诊断个数、手术个数及手术术式是住院费用的影响因素。其中,住院天数越长,费用越高;腹腔镜术式费用高于开腹;诊断数量四个及以上费用高于单个的患者。结论住院天数是住院费用最重要的影响因素,缩短住院天数是控制住院费用的主要手段。
Objective To analyze the composition of hospitalization expenses and its influencing factors in patients with ovarian benign tumor surgery,so as to provide a basis for rational control of hospitalization expenses.Methods A total of 374 patients with ovarian benign tumors from 2017 to 2018 were collected and analyzed by descriptive analysis,rank sum test and multiple linear regression.Results The top four hospitalization expenses for patients with ovarian benign tumor surgery were:treatment fee(27.8%),consumables fee(23.1%),medicine fee(20.7%),and diagnostic fee(16.1%).In multiple linear regression analysis,hospitalization days,age,medical payment methods,number of diagnoses,number of operations,and surgical procedures were the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses.Among them,the longer the hospital stay,the higher the cost;the cost of laparoscopic surgery is higher than that of open surgery;the cost of diagnosis of four or more is higher than that of a single patient.Conclusion Hospitalization days are the most important influencing factors of hospitalization expenses.Shortening the length of hospital stay is the main means to control hospitalization expenses.
