煤矿矿井水利用风险及管控对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 矿井水是伴随矿产开采产生的地下涌水,经混凝、沉淀、过滤、消毒等工艺处理后可综合利用的非常规水资源,矿井水的开发利用是一项复杂的系统工程,需通过收集、处理、存储、输送等程序才能提供给用户使用。矿井水的使用者包括生活、工业、农业、景观、河湖等多种对象,且不同的用户对水质水量有不同的需求,矿井水利用具有涉及部门广、管理复杂等特点,存在水量风险、水质风险、生产风险、输送风险、经济风险、效益风险和环境风险。为此,提出了相应的管控对策:通过工程技术、政策管理、培训教育、应急处置等措施进行合理管控,才是保证矿井水开发利用良性且持续发展的重要手段,可为提高非常规水资源利用效率提供借鉴。 Mine water is a kind of unconventional water resource which is the underground water gushing accompanied by mining and can be used comprehensively after being treated by coagulation,sedimentation,filtration,disinfection and other processes.The development and utilization of mine water is a complex system engineering,which can only be provided to users through collection,processing,storage,transportation and other programs.The users of mine water include living,industry,agriculture,landscape,rivers and lakes.And different users have different demands for water quality and quantity.Mine water use has the characteristics of wide departments and complex management.There are water risks,water quality risks,production risks,transportation risks,economic risks,benefit risks and environmental risks.Reasonable management and control through engineering technology,policy management,train-ing and education,emergency response and other measures are important means to ensure the sound and sustainable development of mine water development and utilization,which can provide reference for improving the efficiency of unconventional water resources utilization.
