摘要
汽车电子标识由国家公安部提出,用于识别全国车辆的身份信息,已逐步成为智能交通领域关注的重点。突破现有交通信息采集与分析瓶颈,构建融合汽车电子标识的交通信息采集与管控平台,可以为实现智慧交通奠定基础。现对汽车电子标识在智能交通应用的必要性、科研项目目标与内容、应用体系框架和应用技术框架等核心成果进行总结,并依托国家智能网联汽车(上海)试点示范区和中国(上海)自由贸易试验区,开展相应应用示范,为汽车电子标识的全面推广,形成面向智能交通应用的关键技术储备和实践积累。
Proposed by Ministry of Public Security of PRC,electronic vehicle identification(EVI)aims to recognize real identification of vehicles in China,which has gradually become the key concern in the field of intelligent transportation systems(ITS).To break existing bottlenecks in traffic information collection and analysis,EVI-based traffic information collection,management and control platform was constructed as foundation of Smart Transportation.The paper introduced the core technologies including the necessity of application of EVI to ITS,goals and contents,framework of application and technology systems,etc.Corresponding application demonstrations were provided in both National Intelligent Connected Vehicle(Shanghai)Pilot Zone,and China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone,which have accumulated rich experience and solid technical reserve in entering the era of EVI.
