摘要
物流传输系统借助机械传动设备、信息控制模块和光电传感技术为现代化的大中型医院提供物品运送和分拣服务,物流传输设备的可靠性直接影响着医护人员诊疗效率和患者的抢救时间。将质量持续改进方案应用在医院物流传输系统的技改措施中,通过对比分析改进前后的设备故障率、成本效益和人员满意度,制定物流标准化规程,并提出了行之有效的合理建议。
With the help of mechanical transmission equipment,information control module and photoelectric sensor technology,the logistics transmission system provides goods transportation and sorting services for modern large and medium-sized hospitals.The reliability of the logistics transmission equipment directly affects the diagnosis and treatment rate of medi-cal staff and the rescue time of patients.Applying the continuous quality improvement plan to the technical transformation measures of the hospital logistics transmission system,by comparing and analyzing the equipment failure rate,cost-effective-ness and personnel satisfaction before and after the improvement,the logistics standardization procedures were formulated and effective and reasonable suggestions were put forward.
