摘要
2013年以来,尽管国家和地方层面出台了一系列有关化解医患纠纷、维护医疗秩序的文件、措施,但纠纷总量仍处于高位水平。如何有效减少医患纠纷,保障医疗安全仍然是摆在医院管理者面前急需解决的问题。中山大学附属第一医院自2017年开始探索建设多维度医患纠纷防控体系,通过事前加强预防、事中妥善处置、事后加强整改以及形成院内、院外有效的多部门联动的纠纷管理模式,取得了投诉率和赔偿额"双降",医患满意度高的良好效果。
Since 2013,although a series of documents and measures at the national and local levels have been issued to resolve doctor-patient disputes and maintain medical order,the total number of disputes is still at a high level.How to re-duce doctor-patient disputes effectively and ensure medical safety is still an urgent problem to be solved in front of hospital ad-ministrators.Since 2017,the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University began to explore the construction of a multi-dimensional doctor-patient dispute prevention and control system.Through pre-existing prevention,proper disposal,rectifica-tion afterwards,and the formation of a multi-departmental dispute management model in and out of the hospital,getting the effects that the complaint and compensation rate have both dropped,the doctors'and patients'satisfaction is good.
