摘要
目的分析临床护理路径的优质护理服务在自然分娩初产妇中的应用效果以及对初产妇心理、产程和泌乳的影响。方法选取2017年10月-2019年1月内蒙古自治区人民医院产科收治的96例自然分娩初产妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组45例和观察组51例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取临床护理路径,比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、产程持续时间、泌乳情况和产妇满意度。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组;观察组第一产程、第二产程和第三产程持续时间均短于对照组;观察组的泌乳量总有效率为90.20%,高于对照组的68.8 9%;观察组的护理满意度为(95.73±3.12)分,高于对照组的(86.37±3.26)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对自然分娩初产妇采取优质护理服务,可以改善其心理状态,缩短产程,提高泌乳功能,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway with high-quality nursing service in primiparas with natural labor,as well as the effect on primiparas'psychology,labor process and lactation of natural labor.Methods Ninety-six primiparas with natural childbirth admitted to the Obstetrics Department of People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group with 45 cases and observation group with 51 cases.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group took the clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the control group.The scores of self-rating of anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),duration of labor,lactation situation and the degree of maternal satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the duration of the first stage,the second stage and the third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the total effective rate of lactation in the observation group was 90.20%,higher than 68.89%in the control group;the nursing satisfaction degree scores of the observation group was(95.73±3.12),higher than that of the control group with(86.37±3.26),and all the differences above were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking high-quality nursing service for primiparas with natural childbirth could improve their psychological state,shorten labor process,improve lactation function,improve their nursing satisfaction degree,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
