摘要
EPC工程总承包商负责整个项目的实施过程,可有效解决设计与施工的衔接问题、减少采购与施工的中间环节。结合工程实践,重点从价格风险、变更风险、风险转移等方面出发,阐述了施工企业在工程总承包项目实施阶段的造价管理方法,可为类似项目的造价管理提供参考。
EPC engineering general contractor is responsible for the implementation of the whole project,which can effectively solve the connection between design and construction and reduce the intermediate link between procurement and construction.Combined with the engineering practice,this paper focuses on the price risk,change risk,risk transfer and other aspects,and expounds the cost management methods of the construction enterprises in the implementation stage of the EPC engineering general contracting project,which can provide reference for the cost management of similar projects.
