摘要
远程培训课件制作是开展远程培训的基础。中原油田在远程培训课件制作过程中,深刻认识到远程培训课件是远程培训系统舞台上的“重要演员”,能够让专家经验得到有效沉淀和传承,能够推动员工培训的提质增效。中原油田结合自身实际,在课件开发工作中探索形成自己的课件制作模式,取得一定成效,并结合远程培训未来发展需求,明确了进一步做好课件开发工作的具体思路。
Developing online training courseware is the basis for online training.In the course of making online training courseware,Zhongyuan Oilfield deeply realized that online training courseware is an“important actor”on the stage of the online training system,which can effectively help experts to summarize their experiences and pass them on,and promote the quality and efficiency of employee training.Based on its own reality,the Oil field explored and formed its own courseware production mode in the courseware development work,and achieved certain results.The Oilfield,then,clarified the specific ideas for further development of online training courseware by combining with the future development needs of online training.
