摘要
综述了铁前原料场、烧结、球团、高炉本体及其附属系统和钢铁智能制造概况,介绍了钢铁企业积极开展、推行从料场到轧材的各个工序基于"信息化、数字化、网络化、大数据技术和云计算"背景下的智能制造情况,以及在工艺过程优化、生产效率、指标提升等方面取得的良好效果,在一定程度上为钢铁企业即将或正在实施钢铁智能制造在技术选择、方向上提供了较为全面的借鉴。
The pre-iron raw material yard,sintering,Pelleting,the blast furnace body and its auxiliary system and the intelligent manufacturing profile of steel is summarized;the steel enterprise actively develop the intelligent manufacturing under the background of“informatization,digitization,networking,big data technology and cloud computing”,in each working procedure from stockyard to rolled products;and the good results on process optimization,production effect,indicators upgrade are achieved,which provide the complete reference on technology selection,development direction of steel intelligent manufacturing in some degree to the steel enterprises.
