摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识为内地高校民族学生教育管理提供了具有历史高度和实践深度的理论框架,巩固提升了内地高校民族学生教育管理工作在构建中华民族共同体过程中所具有的价值。内地高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识需要充分发挥学校与社会的双重力量。通过总结广州某大学的民族学生教育管理探索与实践经验,在中华民族多元一体格局中树立教育大局观,完善教育管理条件,推进少数民族学生教育管理向内涵发展转变,是办好内地少数民族学生的教育管理、培育铸牢中华民族共同体意识的可行路径。
Strengthening a strong sense of the Chinese Nation Community provides a theoretical framework of historical height and practical depth for the educational management of minority students in mainland colleges and universities,consolidating and enhancing the value of the educational management work on minority students in the process of building the Chinese Nation Community.In order to firmly realize the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,it is necessary to give full play to the dual strengths of schools and society.It will be a feasible path to build a sense of the Chinese nation community by summarizing the practical experience of educational management of minority students in a university in Guangzhou,establishing an overall view of education in the pattern of pluralistic integration of the Chinese nation,improving the conditions of educational management,and promoting the transition of educational management of minority students to connotative development.
