摘要
民办高职院校在开展办学以及发展过程中,基层党建工作发挥至关重要的作用,同时也是教学质量和科研水平的关键影响因素。本文深入分析民办高职院校基层党建与教科研两融合的必要性,并从思想、制度和工作层面提出有效的两融合模式构建路径。
In the process of running and developing private vocational colleges,the work of Party building at the grass-roots level plays an important role,and it is also a key influencing factor of teaching quality and scientific research level.This paper analyzes the necessity of the integration of the Party construction and the teaching and scientific research,and puts forward the effective path of the integration from the aspects of ideology,system and work.
