摘要
新形势下的职业教育正进入到高速发展的时代,而职业教育的发展重在人才培养体系的建设。以建工专业为例,立足于服务地方与区域,打造符合自身的专业特色的人才培养体系。统筹总局,落实细微,把握准确定位。通过不断提升毕业生就业质量、加强科研和师资力量、"服务学生、成就学生"、加强校企合作等手段,探究出了一条高质量技术技能型人才培养的有效路径。
Under the new situation,vocational education is developing rapidly.The development of vocational education focuses on the construction of talent training system.Taking the construction engineering specialty as an example,building a talent training system that conforms to its own professional characteristics bases on serving the local and regional.It should plan overall for the general administration,implement subtly,and position accurately.By the way of improving the quality of graduates’employment,strengthening scientific research and teachers,“serving students,achieving students”,and strengthening school enterprise cooperation,it explores an effective way to train high-quality skilled talents.
