摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地观察法对体教结合背景下校园足球可持续发展进行研究。结果显示:校园足球可持续发展的困境主要有管理主体责权不清楚导致体育与智育矛盾,学校资金投入不足导致资源配置与需求矛盾,校园足球培养机制单一导致学习与训练矛盾,校园足球迅速发展导致师资力量与学生需求矛盾,校园足球训练特性导致训练强度与学生安全矛盾。可以通过划清管理主体责任与权力,解决体育与智育矛盾;加大校园足球资金投入,使资源分配合理;建立多元培养机制,构建和谐的学习与训练关系;加强足球教师培训,促进足球教师质与量的发展;完善校园足球风险评估,为学生足球运动建立保障机制。以此解决校园足球发展的困境。
Using the methods of literature review,expert interview and field observation,this paper studies the sustainable development of campus football under the background of combination of sports and education.The results show that:the dilemma of sustainable development of campus football is mainly the contradiction between physical education and intellectual education due to the unclear responsibilities and rights of management subject,the contradiction between resource allocation and demand caused by insufficient investment in school funds,the contradiction between learning and training caused by the single training mechanism of campus football,the contradiction between teachers and students' demand caused by the rapid development of campus football,the conflicts between the training intensity and student safety caused by the characteristics of campus football training.We can solve the contradiction between physical education and intellectual education by making clear the responsibility and power of the main body of management;increase the investment of campus football funds to promote the rationality of resource distribution;establish a diversified training mechanism to create a harmonious relationship between learning and training;increase the training of football teachers to improve the quality and quantity of football teachers;improve the risk assessment of campus football and establish a guarantee mechanism for students football sports so as to solve the dilemma of campus football development.
