多工作面隧道通风技术

摘要 依托青岛地铁8号线观涛站-科技馆站施工项目,针对工期紧、多工作面施工,洞内环境复杂的情况,计算了隧道所需风量、风压,选配满足要求的通风设备,解决了多工作面施工过程中风筒的布置问题,提出相应通风管理措施以及辅助降尘措施。结果表明:应用该通风方案后,洞内达到良好的通风效果,加快了施工进度、提高了工程效益。 Relying on Qingdao metro line 8 Guantao station-Science and technology museum station construction project,In view of the tight construction period and multiple working faces and the complex environment of the tunnel,the required air volume and pressure of the tunnel were calculated,and ventilation equipment meeting the requirements was selected to solve the problem of the layout of the air duct during the construction of multiple working faces,and the corresponding ventilation was proposed.Management measures and auxiliary dust reduction measures.The results show that after applying this ventilation scheme,a good ventilation effect is achieved in the tunnel,which speeds up the construction progress and improves the engineering benefits.
