摘要
在装配式空心板桥特别是斜交桥的设计计算中,梁格法是一种建立桥梁三维有限元模型常用方法,但其虚拟横梁刚度的取值问题没有严谨的理论公式和标准规定。为了研究虚拟横梁刚度取值对铰接空心板桥荷载效应的影响,从而选择最合理的横梁刚度取值用以指导实际工程,以某铰接空心板简支梁桥的静力荷载试验为基准,通过梁格法建立斜交空心板桥的空间计算模型,在静载试验中载工况下对比分析“二”字型截面横梁、一倍纵梁截面横梁和刚性横梁等三种虚拟横梁刚度取值的差异,结合试验实测数据研究空心板挠度和应力的横桥向分布特点。结果表明,虚拟横梁刚度取一倍纵梁刚度时梁格法计算结果与荷载试验实测结果更为接近。
In the design and calculation of prefabricated hollow slab bridges,the grillage method is commonly used to build finite element models,especially skew bridges.However,there is no rigorous theoretical formula or standard for the stiffness value of its virtual beam.In order to research the effect of the stiffness of virtual beam on the load effect of the hinged hollow slab bridges,thereby the most suitable beam stiffness was selected to guide the actual project.Based on the static load test of a simple beam bridge with hinged hollow slabs,the spatial calculation model of skew hollow slab bridge is built by grillage method.Contrast and analyze the differences between three stiffness of virtual beams(the beam with“二”section;the beam equal to longitudinal beam;the rigid beam)under the symmetrical load condition.Combined with the measured data,the transverse bridge distribution characteristics of stresses,strains and deflections of the hollow slabs are summarized.It is show that the results is closer to the actual situation when the virtual beam stiffness is equal to longitudinal beam stiffness.
